Website Design & Development

Your site should
work as hard
as you do.

Most local business websites look like they were built in 2014 and haven't been touched since. We design and build sites that represent you at your best, load in under two seconds, and turn the people who find you into people who contact you.

The Real Stakes

A weak website
doesn't just sit there
it loses you business.

Your website works around the clock whether you're there or not. When it's slow, confusing, or looks dated, it actively turns away the customers your other marketing is working to bring in. Every dollar spent on ads or SEO becomes less effective when the site it sends people to doesn't close.

Site Types

Every organization
needs something different.

We don't have a single template we apply to every client. The scope, structure, and strategy of each site are shaped by your organization type, your goals, and your audience — not by what's easiest for us to build.

🏛️
Nonprofit & Chamber Website
Mission-driven organizations need websites that communicate urgency, build donor or member trust, and make it easy to take action. We design for emotional resonance first — then layer in the technical structure that supports membership portals, event calendars, and donation flows.

Restaurant & Hospitality Website
Menus that are actually readable. Hours that don't require digging. A reservation or order link front and center. Photography that makes people hungry before they've walked in. We know what restaurant guests look for — and we build around what converts them from searchers to tables seated.

⚖️
Professional Services Website
Attorneys, financial advisors, consultants, and medical practices need websites that establish authority before a prospect ever fills out a contact form. We design these with a credibility-first approach — organized practice area pages, attorney or team bios, and content that answers the questions clients are actually searching for.

Every Build Includes

Nothing sold
as an add-on that should be standard.

Some agencies charge extra for SSL certificates, mobile optimization, or basic analytics setup. We consider these table stakes — they're included in every project we deliver, no exceptions.

📐
Custom Visual Design
Every layout, color choice, and typographic decision built around your brand — not modified from a template. Your site won't look like anyone else's because it wasn't designed for anyone else.
📱
Responsive Across All Devices
Designed and tested on phones, tablets, and desktops. Since over 60% of local searches happen on mobile, this isn't optional — it's where most of your visitors will land first.
Performance Optimization
Images compressed. Code minified. Core Web Vitals addressed. We build for sub-2-second load times because Google rewards fast sites with better rankings and visitors reward them by staying.
🔍
On-Page SEO Foundation
Title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, schema markup, and sitemap submission — all handled at launch. Your site starts ranking from day one, not after a separate SEO project.
🔗
Integrations & Connections
Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM connections, contact forms, booking systems, review widgets — whatever your business needs to capture and follow up on leads, we build it in.
🛡️
Hosting, SSL & Ongoing Care
Managed hosting, SSL certificate, security monitoring, and software updates handled by our team post-launch. When something breaks at 10pm, you don't have to figure it out yourself.
A Northeast Ohio Service Business. Real Numbers.

"We had a website before. We just didn't have one that worked."

A Northeast Ohio contracting company had a website that hadn't been updated in six years. It loaded in over 8 seconds on mobile, had no clear calls to action, and wasn't ranking for a single relevant local keyword. Four weeks after launching their new site, organic traffic was up 3× and they were receiving an average of 11 new contact form submissions per week — compared to near zero before.

Common Questions

Questions we get
before every project.

Website projects come with a lot of unknowns for most business owners. Here's what we hear most often — and what we actually tell people.

Talk through your project →
How long does a website project take?
For most local business websites, we target 5–6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger projects — nonprofits with member portals, multi-location service businesses, e-commerce — typically run 8–10 weeks. The biggest variable is how quickly you can review and approve at each stage. Our process is built to keep things moving without rushing you.
Do I have to write all the content myself?
No. We write all the copy as part of every project — service descriptions, about pages, homepage content, and any other page copy needed. We'll send you a questionnaire to capture your voice, your story, and the things that make your business different. You review and approve what we write, and we refine based on your feedback.
What platform do you build on?
We primarily build on GoHighLevel for local service businesses — it's what powers the Araceli Media client dashboard and integrates natively with our CRM, review management, and lead tracking tools. For nonprofits, chambers, and organizations with more complex needs, we build on WordPress or custom HTML/CSS depending on what fits. We choose the platform that serves your goals, not the one that's easiest for us.
Can you redesign an existing website instead of building from scratch?
Yes, and we do this regularly. We'll audit your current site — what's working, what's costing you rankings or conversions, what can be salvaged — and give you an honest recommendation on whether a full rebuild or a targeted redesign makes more sense for your situation and budget.
What happens after the site launches?
We don't disappear. Every site includes managed hosting and ongoing maintenance for as long as you're a client. Software updates, security patches, plugin conflicts, and content changes are all handled by our team. If something breaks, we fix it — usually before you even notice. And if you want to add pages or update content as your business grows, that's included too.

Ready for a site that
actually works?

Tell us about your business and what your current site is costing you. We'll give you an honest assessment and a clear picture of what a new site would look like — and what it would take to get there.
