Phase 01 · Week 1

Discovery
& Fit.

Before we talk services or pricing, we spend time understanding your organization — your goals, your constraints, your competitive situation, and what success actually means to you. This isn't a sales call. It's a conversation to determine whether we're the right fit for each other.

A 45–60 minute discovery call with no agenda other than understanding your situation

We do our homework before the call
We review your website, your Google Business Profile, your rankings, and your reviews before we talk. You shouldn't have to explain your situation from scratch — we come in already having a picture of where you stand.

No pitch deck, no proposal theater
We don't do formal presentations with slide decks in discovery calls. It's a real conversation — two people figuring out whether there's a fit. If there is, we move to strategy. If there isn't, we part ways with respect.

Phase 02 · Week 2

Strategy
& Scoping.

Once we've confirmed fit, we build a specific strategy for your organization — which services make sense, in what order, at what investment level. We present this as a clear written proposal with honest expectations about timelines and outcomes.

We scope based on what will actually move the needle for your organization at your budget level. We don't upsell services that don't make sense yet — we'd rather start focused and expand when the foundation is working.

SEO takes months. Ads can generate leads in weeks. We tell you both — and we set expectations around what "early results" realistically looks like for your specific market so you're not measuring against the wrong benchmark in month two.

The strategy document is a proposal — not a take-it-or-leave-it contract. We walk through it together, answer every question, and adjust scope if needed. You should fully understand what you're agreeing to before you sign anything.

This is the busiest phase for both sides. We're configuring platforms, setting up tracking, auditing existing assets, building campaigns, and connecting everything together. Your involvement is highest here — then decreases significantly once everything is running.

Launch &
First Results.

Go-live isn't a single moment — it's a coordinated sequence. Each service goes live in the right order, tracking is verified before anything runs, and we monitor closely in the first 72 hours to catch anything that needs immediate adjustment.
